Quality Assurance

Purpose:
To ensure brand quality of standards, infrastructure both human and physical, implementation of established procedures, routines and quality of education. Responsible for developing the brand, product and services to meet specified requirements. To increase customer's confidence and company's credibility.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Develop QA process and control mechanism
• Prepare Operating Manuals (Academic, QA, Admin,)
• Coordinate architectural support for school/ college opening
• Ensure preparation of school/ college prior to operations
• Resolve complaints of network associates/ parents
• Schedule and Coordinate inspection of schools/colleges
• Prepare report on the Gap Analysis and Deficiency Removal Plans
