Campus Relationship Management

Purpose:
To provide the overall process of building and maintaining profitable customer relationships by delivering superior customer value and satisfaction.

Objectives:

  • Order taking/ensure delivery in time
  • Complaints handling
  • Guidance for NWAs
  • Training to CROs
  • To supervise, maintain and support the organization’s campuses and their relationship management.
  • Manage the operations of all Campuses.
  • Manage to recovery of outstanding. (Franchise Fee, Royalty and supplies)Follow up for issues and complaints.
  • Working with CRM team in ensuring the accurate communication of objectives of company .
  • Training to campus staff and CROs.
  • Organize events and training of campuses.
  • Make available myself for visits.
  • Ensure recovery in time
