Campus Relationship Management
Purpose:
To provide the overall process of building and maintaining profitable customer relationships by delivering superior customer value and satisfaction.
Objectives:
- Order taking/ensure delivery in time
- Complaints handling
- Guidance for NWAs
- Training to CROs
- To supervise, maintain and support the organization’s campuses and their relationship management.
- Manage the operations of all Campuses.
- Manage to recovery of outstanding. (Franchise Fee, Royalty and supplies)Follow up for issues and complaints.
- Working with CRM team in ensuring the accurate communication of objectives of company .
- Training to campus staff and CROs.
- Organize events and training of campuses.
- Make available myself for visits.
- Ensure recovery in time
